Introducing our Ceramic Wok Pan with Lid: a professional-grade, ceramic-coated skillet with a 3.7mm aluminum base that heats quickly and ensures even heat distribution. Measuring 13-inches in diameter, with a 7.5-inch base diameter and a height of 5.5-inches including the lid, this wok has a depth of 3.5-inches and handle lengths of 8.5 inches and 2-inches.

Our extra-hard ceramic coating, made with volcanic minerals, resists scratches and repels liquids. This allows you to cook with less oil and enjoy easier cleanup. The see-through, oven-safe glass lid lets you monitor your food as it cooks. Woks aren't just for stir-frying; you can use our versatile wok to steam food, including dumplings, buns, and whole fish.

The Vesuvio wok is heat-resistant and oven-safe up to 450°F, allowing you to sear steaks, roasts, chicken, and vegetables on the stovetop, then seamlessly transfer them to the oven for finishing. You can also use our non-stick ceramic-coated wok for deep frying your favorite foods. This wok works on both electric and gas stoves.

Our nonstick pans are free from harmful chemicals such as PTFE, PFOA, Lead, or Cadmium. The DaTerra Cucina ceramic 8 qt Dutch oven pot is made with a patented, all-natural, multilayer nonstick coating that will last for years, and it includes an airtight see-through glass and silicone lid. The wok and Dutch oven are dishwasher-safe with liquid detergent, although hand washing is recommended.
